We are seeking experienced Kitchen Hands with proven backgrounds in industrial and commercial kitchens. Immediate starts available across a variety of sites, including day and after-hours shifts.
What you will be doing:
Food preparation and handling
Set up and pack down
Use of industrial dishwashers and machinery
Cleaning using chemicals in line with safety standards
Maintaining high hygiene and WHS standards
What we need:
Proven experience in industrial or high-volume kitchens
Robust understanding of hygiene and safety practices and food hygiene certificate
Reliable, well-presented and a excellent attitude
WWVP and/or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Where you will work:
Restaurants, hotels, catering venues, stadiums, aged care, defence sites, schools and more.
