POSITION

The need has risen for a People and Culture Manager to assist the leadership team in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity.



This role will suit a passionate individual who has a deep understanding of all facets of human resource management.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
5+ years within a similar HR function within an Accounting Firm (Highly desirable)
Tertiary qualifications with a HR major
Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with payroll would be highly desirable
Exceptional time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
