Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recycling Plant Labourer for an immediate start with a leading steel manufacturing business.

This is a casual position offering full-time hours for a reliable and hardworking candidate. This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a robust labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a dirty industrial environment.

If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, enjoy practical work, and are looking for a high-paying opportunity with regular overtime, this role is for you.

About the Role:
Cleaning and maintaining the recycling yard
General labouring duties in an outdoor setting
Working around machinery and supporting site operations
Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant




Willing and available to work overtime and weekends when required

About You:
Previous labouring experience preferred
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Not afraid to get dirty and work outdoors in all conditions
Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
Available for immediate start

Mandatory Requirements:
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with no working restrictions
Current LF Forklift Licence (required)
Current EWP Licence for equipment above 11 metres (required)
Must pass a full fitness assessment, medical and drug & alcohol test
Applicants without both LF and EWP licences will not be considered

Shift & Pay:
Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
$60 per hour
Must be adaptable to work overtime and weekends when required
