What the role entails:
Approaching existing & recent contacts to identify potential leads and re-establish connections
Make outbound calls to nurture relationships and generate recent business opportunities




Follow up on warm inbound leads and guide them through the sales process.
Serve as the first point of contact, building rapport and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and provide regular updates on lead progress.

We would like someone who:
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Confidence in your abilities and a passion for real estate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
