Role Overview

This Senior Commercial Analyst will be the trusted finance business partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of key business areas' performance across budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.

You will provide commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making, assess the profitability of marketing initiatives, tenders and commercial strategy, and deliver meaningful analysis that drives business performance.

This role is far more than traditional FP&A.; You will play a key role in transforming the way the business understands commercial performance by building customer profitability reporting,



developing promotional effectiveness analysis and improving reporting through automation and business intelligence tools. You'll have the prospect to influence senior stakeholders while helping shape the future direction of the finance function.

Responsibilities
Partner with business unit team leaders to provide commercial insight and strategic decision support
Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across key P&L; lines
Review commercial deals, tenders and business cases, providing profitability analysis and recommendations
Evaluate promotional performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment
Deliver executive reporting, financial analysis and meaningful commercial commentary
Develop and enhance BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Build commercial models and decision-support tools to improve business perfor
