Enterprise Declaration of Interest (DOI) Transformation Program
Design a new enterprise DOI governance process from the ground up

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of a new Declaration of Interest (DOI) process from the ground up.

This is a unique chance to play a key role in defining a future-state enterprise DOI framework, working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design processes and support the integration of the solution into Workday.

You will act as the bridge between business, governance and technology teams, helping shape how declarations are captured, reviewed, managed and reported across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery activities to understand current challenges and define future-state DOI processes
Design end-to-end business processes for declarations, approvals, reviews, attestations, escalations and reporting
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across People & Culture, Risk, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Research and Technology teams
Gather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
Define data, reporting and integration requirements to support Workday implementation




Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and business documentation
Support solution design, testing and implementation readiness activities
Ensure the future DOI process aligns with governance, compliance, privacy and audit requirements

You will bring:
Proven experience delivering business analysis across complex enterprise initiatives
Strong capability in process mapping, discovery and future-state design
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions
Excellent facilitation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
Experience working across governance, risk, compliance, HR or enterprise systems programs

Highly Regarded:
Experience with Workday implementations or HR systems transformation
Experience delivering governance, compliance or audit remediation programs
Background within Higher Education, Government, Financial Services or other complex organisations
