Key Responsibilities
Launch & Brand Strategy
Lead development and execution of the end‑to‑end launch readiness for Survodutide in Australia
Build and implement Integrated Customer Plans aligned to pre‑launch and launch milestones
Develop segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies grounded in deep customer insight
Define value proposition and messaging across obesity and metabolic health stakeholders
Commercial Planning & Performance
Develop robust launch scenarios and business cases aligned to launch readiness and ICP
Monitor brand performance and optimise investment based on ROI and market dynamics
Lead competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision‑making in a fast‑moving market
Cross‑functional Leadership
Act as the central connector across Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and regional teams
Lead agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class omnichannel campaigns
Support field force readiness, including value communication and customer engagement frameworks
