You will work across a range of property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial and retail leasing
Development-related property work
Retirement living transactions and related property matters
Property due diligence
Drafting and negotiating commercial and property agreements
Managing transactional matters from commencement through to completion
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Supporting client relationships and broader practice development
About you
You will ideally have
5+ years’ post-admission experience
Strong commercial property and transactional experience
Experience across leasing and/or development matters
Exposure to retirement living would be highly regarded
Solid drafting and negotiation skills
Experience managing matters independently
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
The ability to supervise and support junior lawyers
This is a strong prospect for a property lawyer looking for quality work, senior-level responsibility and the prospect to further develop within a broad commercial property practice.
