Queensland Bottlers is a growing Australian FMCG manufacturerfocused on delivering the highest quality bottled spring water products to the Australian retail market.

The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for end-to-end management of customer orders through the system, ensuring they are accurate, and delivered on time.
You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with the warehouse and production team and trouble shooting order issues as they arise. This role also assists with the weekly production planning.

Transport for orders are booked to meet delivery timeframes

Key Responsibilities
Order Coordination
Process and manage orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy
Manage and update EDI and customer portals
Monitor order progress and communicate with customers on delivery
Operational Problem Solving
Identify risks early and act
Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders on track
Escalate issues before they impact customers or delivery
Delivery & Logistics Support
Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams
Support warehouse team with information
Cross-Team Coordination
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations
Help align customer requirements with operational capability
Maintain accurate systems and records
Support reporting and identify process improvements

We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys a rapid-paced, yet fun office workplace

Pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners
You could come from an administration, operations, logistics, or high-volume coordination background. Any previous experience with MYOB Acumatica would be an advantage but definitely not necessary as all training will be provided.
