Competitive hourly rate of $38.71 – $47.68, with 12.5% above-award pay and extra benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Implement engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Provide a secure, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards one.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current Working with Children Check for Queensland.
Experience working as an Educator within Australia (highly regarded).




Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
