AJC Metal Products Pty Ltd of Northgate, is currently looking for an enthusiastic, experiencedtrades person and apprentice (apprenticeship on offer) to fill our teamand satisfy our continued corporate growth in the Brisbane area.

Note: Apprentice role is suitable for a new first year apprentice or if you are currently in an apprenticeship and looking for a new work place, we can facilitate a transfer even if your are a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year presently.

AJC Metal Products is a general jobbing workshop thatpresents a large variety of works throughout our factory.

The majority of our work specializes in, but not limited to:
Stainless steel fabrication
Mild steel fabrication
TIG & MIG Welding
Custom manufacturing

Our works are predominately factory based however site installation works do form part of our daily customers needs.

Thesuccessful tradesperson applicant(s)must have the following attributes:
Be qualified as a 1st Class Sheet Metal worker
Be able to communicate well with colleges and others
Be ableto read and interpret technical drawings
Be able to work with minimum supervision
Be abletowork both independently and as part of a team
Haveacceptable work ethic &reliability;

Thesuccessful apprenticeship applicant must have the following attributes:
Completed a minimum of year 11 secondary school
Be able to communicate well with colleges and others
Be abletowork both independently and as part of a team
Haveacceptable work ethic &reliability;

Our apprenticeship position is full time, and 4 years to the successful applicant. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, a qualification of certificate 3 in sheet metal light fabrication is achieved.
