Aligned Search is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Manager to join their Payroll Operations Service team.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering end-to-end payroll implementations and system transitions, with a strong focus on migrating payroll from Preceda to SAP. You’ll work closely with implementation teams and clients to deliver seamless transitions, optimise payroll processes, and drive compliance across complex environments.

About the role:
Lead payroll system migrations from Preceda to SAP
Manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects
Configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to client needs
Oversee data migration, testing, and validation processes
Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Support and mentor junior team members
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and data security standards





About you:
Proven experience in SAP Payroll implementations (ECC or ECP)
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience working in client-facing, consulting-style environments
Robust problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
