We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a solid DevOps background to join a growing technology team.

This is a hands-on role combining Salesforce administration, DevOps, CI/CD, automation and release management. You'll work closely with developers and engineering teams to improve the reliability, scalability and deployment of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, users, permissions and environments.
Own and improve CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
Manage source control, branching and release management using Git.
Automate Salesforce deployments and operational processes.
Support Salesforce developers with environments and releases.
Troubleshoot platform, integration and deployment issues.
Contribute to Salesforce governance, standards and platform improvements.

About You
Solid Salesforce Administration experience.




Strong DevOps / CI/CD experience.
Experience with Salesforce DX / SFDX and Git.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab.
Understanding of Salesforce development concepts including Apex and LWC.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable: Salesforce certifications, Gearset/Copado, Salesforce CLI, Azure/AWS or Terraform. This role would suit a technically strong Salesforce Administrator who wants to operate across both Salesforce and DevOps/Platform Engineering.
