Working closely with Tania, you will assist with all aspects of the sales process and help deliver an exceptional experience for sellers and buyers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing buyer enquiries, follow‑up and the database
Attending open homes, inspections and property appointments
Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
Preparing contracts, listing documents and correspondence
Coordinating property marketing campaigns
Prospecting for recent business prospects
Attending building and pest inspections
Placing and collecting open home signs
About you
We are looking for someone motivated, personable and genuinely interested in building a career in property sales.
You will ideally have:
A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently and within a team
A current driver licence and reliable vehicle
Knowledge of the Coolum Beach area
