We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our vibrant team at The Library Cafe, located in the heart of Sydney, NSW. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch for our discerning customers.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a range of high-quality dishes from our diverse menu
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
Developing new menu items and improve existing offerings
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen setting
Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer requests
Mentoring and training kitchen staff
Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment
Strong working knowledge cafe style breakfast and lunch
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
