About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every customer by:
Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Serving our delicious donuts and other products
Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous retail,



hospitality, or barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential

Availability – Essential Requirement

To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work weekday opening and midday shifts, with rostered hours typically falling between 8:00 AM and 7:45 PM. This position has been created to support our weekday roster, so availability during these times is essential. The more adaptable your weekday availability, the more opportunities you'll have to work.
