As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef and lead a talented team in delivering high-quality food across all areas of the business. Every day is different, with a mix of à la carte service, events, weddings, conferences and special functions.

Key responsibilities
Assisting in leading and mentoring a large kitchen team
Working across day, night and weekend shifts
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Helping deliver a busy and growing functions business
Playing a key role in our exciting recent pizza operation
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation

About you
Previous experience as a Sous Chef
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen
Passion for quality food and teamwork
Flexible availability across a 7-day trading operation
