About the Role
We're looking for an inspiring and positive Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about wellness, skincare and creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a rare chance to bring your love of retail together with your interest in clean beauty and self-care.

Your Day Will Include:
Offering exceptional customer service with a five-star, personalised approach
Creating meaningful connections with guests and helping them find the perfect products

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has previous retail and/or customer service experience
Is passionate about wellness, skincare, and creating positive daily rituals
Is proactive, professional and thrives in a team environment
Understands high-end customer experience and goes above and beyond to deliver it
Communicates clearly and confidently
Experience in beauty or the wellness industry is highly regarded
