About the role

As a Support Worker your role will beto assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living in their homes and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
Providing respite care and social support.
Providing Transport services
Promote client choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client

About you
A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards,
Current and valid Driver’s Licence, insured,



reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
