About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team on a full time basis. You will play an integral part in the overall operation of the venue, focusing on building a positive culture and developing team members to deliver memorable experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves making a guest's day.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service
Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold high operational standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members




Drive sales growth and manage costs to meet business objectives
Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, food safety, and RSA standards
Maintain stock and inventory control, including purchase orders and reports

Requirements
Previous management experience in a quick‑paced food and beverage venue
Outgoing, motivated, and reliable with a team‑player attitude
Energetic, guest‑obsessed, and comfortable in a high‑volume setting
Strong communication skills and skilled leadership presence
Valid RSA certificate and full Australian working rights
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
