About the Role
Support young people with complex support needs in a residential home.
Build positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic support.
Promote life skills, independence, and community participation.
Respond calmly and safely to challenging situations.
Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans.
Due to the care requirements, this role is for male only applicants

Skills & Experience
Experience supporting young people in a residential home




Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Minimum Cert 4 in Community Services or similar field

Public Holiday Pay: $119.41
Sunday Pay: $97.70
Saturday Pay: $75.99
Night Pay: $60.79
Afternoon Pay: $59.70
Day Pay: $54.28
