We are assembling a front of house team of the highest calibre and are seeking restaurant supervisors who can help deliver exceptional standards from the very first shift.

About the Role The supervisor will lead sections of the floor, support the management team and ensure every guest receives attentive, polished service that reflects the brand.

Key responsibilities include
Leading and supporting the floor team during busy service periods
Maintaining high service standards and attention to detail across your section
Providing guidance and on-the-job coaching to waitstaff
Ensuring smooth communication between the floor, bar and kitchen
Handling guest interactions and feedback with professionalism

About You You are an experienced hospitality professional with supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or similar high-volume venue. You bring:
Proven ability to supervise a section or shift in a fast-paced setting
Strong guest engagement skills and a natural floor presence
Reliability, organisation and a sharp eye for detail
The ability to lead by example and support team performance
Genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent hospitality
