N & W Livestock is one of Australia's fastest-growing online suppliers of livestock, equine and farm supplies. We're looking for a motivated Junior Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our team full time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who is looking to learn, develop practical business skills and build a long-term career in administration, customer service and eCommerce. Experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you'll receive hands‑on training across a variety of business functions, including:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders
Assisting with general administration tasks
Updating product and customer information
Helping coordinate deliveries and supplier enquiries
Supporting our warehouse and customer service teams when required




Learning how an eCommerce business operates behind the scenes

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping people
Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Has excellent communication skills
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Is confident using computers and willing to learn current systems

Is looking for a long-term career rather than just a job

Previous administration or customer service experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
