Are you an experienced agency recruiter or business development professional looking for your next challenge?

ANZUK Education is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our Early Childhood temporary staffing desk across Perth. This is a true 360 recruitment role, combining business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced agency recruiters. We also welcome applications from high-performing business development, sales, account management and labour hire professionals looking to transition into recruitment.

What you'll do
Building and growing relationships with Early Childhood centres across Perth
Winning recent business and developing existing accounts
Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality educators




Managing candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
Running your own desk with the support of a high-performing national team

What we're looking for
Previous agency recruitment experience OR a robust background in business development, sales, account management, or labour hire
A proven track record of generating revenue and building client relationships
Confidence working in a target-driven workplace
Strong resilience, initiative and commercial acumen
Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
