Food, Packaging & Supply Chain | First Grade Group

We’re expanding into manufacturing and distribution across food production, packaging, and 3PL supply chains — and we’re looking for a recruiter to build this desk from the ground up.

This is a focused, high-trust niche build — not a volume desk. You’ll start by owning candidate supply, developing deep expertise in food production, packaging, and distribution environments, then grow into a true 360 role.

You’ll be supported by a senior BDM, helping you develop the commercial side of the desk and accelerate your path to success.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or industrial recruitment (or solid operational understanding)
Ability to engage credibly with operations leaders

Discipline to stay within a defined niche and build reputation
