Business Development Manager | Inner East | Monday - Friday | OTE - $110,000 - $140,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established and growing real estate business in Melbourne's Inner East.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and being rewarded for their performance. With uncapped commissions, strong internal support, and a collaborative team environment, you'll have everything you need to grow the residential rent roll and maximise your earning potential.

Uncapped commission structure
Realistic OTE of $110,000-$140,000+
Monday to Friday role with 1 in 4 Saturdays (negotiable based on performance)
Established Property Management and Sales teams for ongoing support

What You'll Be Doing:
Generating new residential property management business
Prospecting through both warm and cold opportunities
Building relationships with investors, developers, and referral partners
Conducting rental appraisals and presenting management proposals




Converting appraisals into new managements
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline
Working closely with the Property Management and Sales teams to ensure smooth client handovers
Attending networking events and building your qualified network

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Property Manager
Strong listing, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
Comfortable prospecting and developing new client relationships
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
