We're Hiring a Practice Manager

Alpine Medical Centre is looking for an experienced, motivated, and proactive Practice Manager to lead our growing general practice in Thornlie, WA.

This is an exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about healthcare, leadership, and delivering outstanding patient care while supporting a positive and team-oriented team culture.

About the role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice
Lead and support the reception and administration team
Manage staffing, rostering, and HR functions
Ensure compliance with RACGP standards and accreditation requirements
Work closely with doctors and allied health professionals
Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and patient experience




Assist with business growth and strategic planning

About you:
Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior healthcare management role
Robust leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Best Practice software and Xero is essential.
Knowledge of Medicare, accreditation, and general practice operations
