Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a HSE Coordinator in Brisbane.

Main Duties
Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
Prepare and maintain SWMS, risk assessments, and other HSE documentation.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Facilitate toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training.
Support project teams in hazard identification and risk management.
Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting.
Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.

Requirements
Previous experience as an HSE Coordinator, HSE Advisor, or similar role within civil construction, piling, ground engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and construction safety requirements.




Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and across multiple project sites.
Current White Card and a valid Australian driver's license.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum); Diploma in WHS is highly regarded.
