Waterview Gosford Motor Inn is seeking a reliable, qualified and responsible Casual Receptionistto join our team for evening shifts.
This role would suit someone who is friendly, organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working independently.
We are currently looking for someone available for 2–3 evenings per week, either:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Tuesday and Wednesday
Shift times are generally around 4–5pm until 9–10pm, depending on the season and occupancy.
Pay: $33.85 per hour (Casual Level 2), plus applicable penalty rates and loadings in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.

Key Responsibilities
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing payments and managing reservations
Providing friendly and professional customer service
General reception and administrative duties
Managing guest requests and enquiries during the shift
Closing reception at the end of the evening
Requirements
Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Friendly and skilled manner
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Basic computer and administrative skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
Monday evening availability is highly desirable
Reliable, responsible and punctual
Training
The successful candidate will undergo a paid training and assessment period of up to two weeks to become familiar with our reception procedures, reservation system and day-to-day operations.
