DNA Recruitment is looking for experienced Traffic Controllers with TC2, TMI 2 and TMI 3 qualifications to join our growing team. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and looking for casual work with competitive pay, we'd love to hear from you.

Competitive Casual Pay Rates (Ordinary Hours)
Traffic Controller: $37.99 per hour
Team Leader: $39.03 per hour

Your Role

As part of our qualified traffic management team, you will:
Safely manage traffic for roadworks, construction sites, and major events.
Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct traffic.
Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Load and unload traffic signage and equipment.
Conduct site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses.




Monitor traffic flow to maintain a safe setting for workers and the public.
Follow directions from Team Leaders, Foremen, Inspectors, and Auditors.
Safely control traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists around work zones.

What You'll Need
Current TC2, TMI 2 and/or TMI 3 Accreditation
White Card (Construction Induction/OHS Card)
Previous Traffic Management experience
Availability for weekdays, night shifts, weekends, and call-outs
TMA qualification (highly desirable)
