We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist / Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.
Whether you’re an experienced receptionist looking for a change or someone beginning your career with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a wide-ranging position where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers into our showroom
Answering incoming phone calls and emails
Assisting customers with selecting stone colours and products
Preparing quotations and following up enquiries
Ordering samples and maintaining the showroom
General office administration
Supporting our sales and production team
Full training will be provided on our products and systems.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a warm and friendly personality
Presents professionally
Is organised and able to multitask
Has positive computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is desirable)
Takes pride in their work
Is reliable, honest and punctual
Previous reception or administration experience is welcome but not essential.
