The Opportunity

You’ll join ourGregory Hillsteam, managing a strong portfolio of key accounts while hunting out new opportunities to drive business growth across the South West of Sydney area.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing key accounts with full operational support
Building robust partnerships with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Identifying and securing new business opportunities




Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships
Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)
Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks
Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management

What We’re Looking For
Proven recruitment industry experience
A strong record in both client service and business development
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Passion for the labour hire and industrial sectors
Natural leadership skills and a proactive approach
The flexibility to manage client requirements through peak period and changes
