People & Culture Manager-Hybrid- $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Car

A growing, values-driven organisation is looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead its people function and partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites.

This is an prospect to join a business where culture, leadership and employee experience are genuinely key. You will have the autonomy to shape people initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and help build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the People & Culture function across the business and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, performance, leadership development and wellbeing.

You will work closely with operational managers across multiple sites and play a key role in supporting organisational growth, strengthening culture and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll be responsible for




Leading the People & Culture function and managing the P&C; team
Partnering with leaders to provide practical HR advice and coaching
Managing employee relations, performance and workplace matters
Driving recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
Improving onboarding, engagement and retention strategies
Leading employee engagement and pulse survey initiatives
Developing leadership capability across the business
Implementing people projects, systems and process improvements
Ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and HR best practice

What we’re looking for
3+ years proven experience leading a People & Culture or HR function
Solid employee relations and performance management capability
Experience supporting multi-site operational teams
Hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experie
