About the Role A role has become available for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team. This role will work closely with the People & Culture Director to support the people function nationally.

This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of HR areas such as:

Recruitment

Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes

HR Operations and process improvement

Supporting cyclical HR initiatives such as probation reviews, goal setting, performance evaluations

Participation in P&C; projects and change initiatives such as, Remuneration and Perks, D&I;, Engagement,



Leadership Development About You

We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to think outside the square to achieve business outcomes. You will receive a high level of support and mentoring and are not expected to have all the answers – your most key trait will be your willingness to learn. To be considered you will also have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Open to candidates from a Talent Acquisition background or HR Coordinators looking for a step up)

Recruitment experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially

Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
