Madonna Electric is a Brunswick pizza restaurant with an Italo-Australian soul and a loyal following. We're after an experienced bar skilled to take full charge of the bar Thursday–Monday: stock, ordering, recipes, batch systems, and service standards. This is a full time, salaried role for someone looking for a long-term home, not a stopgap.

The Role
Full charge of bar stock, ordering, and stocktakes
Own recipe and batch consistency, and keep beverage COGS on target
Set the standard for service — happy to jump in when it's busy, not hide behind the bar

You
Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Know your stock, recipes, and batch systems back to front
Looking for a proper long-term role

Nice to have
Interest in content creation or social media
Familiarity with Square POS
