Reliable casual Plant Operator wanted to join the core crew at The Camperdown Compost Company.
Experience with loaders and excavator driving will be well regarded but not essential. Work involves joining the core crew who operate shredders, screens, compost turners, tractor & slurry wagon. Some manual labour is part of the role. We will train you.
Willingness to work versatile schedule around the full time crew and weekends to work existing plant longer and help cover the full operational day and week would be ideal. The Waste Management Award is generous.
You'll be joining a small team so the ability to get along harmoniously and work with others constructively is a key attribute.
