Posi-Track Operator | Residential Earthworks | Local Perth Work

We are currently seeking an experienced Posi-Track Operator to join a small, hardworking crew completing residential earthworks projects across Perth.

This is a excellent opportunity for an operator looking for consistent local work, a supportive team environment, and long-term employment with an established contractor.

$47.50/hr + penalties (negotiable for the right person)

Daily start from the O'Connor workshop at 6:20am, travelling to sites as a crew

About the Role Working as part of a small crew, you will be involved in residential earthworks projects supporting recent home builds across Perth, with sites located both north and south of the river.

Your duties will include:
Operating a Posi-Track/Skid Steer on residential construction sites
House pad preparation and final trimming
Earthworks for retaining walls,



batters and slopes
Driving a flat tray truck to transport equipment and materials between sites
Assisting the crew with general site duties as required
Working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines

What You'll Need
Previous Posi-Track / Skid Steer operating experience
HR Driver's Licence (essential)
Construction White Card
Ability to operate a flat tray truck
Experience in earthworks, pad preparation, retaining walls, slopes or similar civil/residential works
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a small team
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
