What You’ll Lead:
Civil projects ranging from $100k to $1M
Subdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete works
Bulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark construction
Structural building components and complex civil interfaces
Contract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communication
Project planning, scheduling, procurement and reporting




Tendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomes
Coordination with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performance

What You Bring:
Proven civil construction PM experience
Solid technical knowledge across roads, concrete, infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworks
Experience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environments
Confidence managing contracts, claims and variations
Transparent, skilled communication with clients and stakeholders
A results‑driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small team
Tendering experience (highly regarded)
Contract administration skills (highly regarded)

The Offer

$150,000 - $170,000 salary (depending on experience) + company vehicle
