Our amazing venue is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full time role is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our premier hospitality venue.

What you'll be doing
Manage and direct all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance
Ensure exceptional customer service and experience across the venue
Lead, coach and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability
Maintain a strong understanding of liquor licensing laws and other relevant regulations
Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall strategic vision of the business

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in a licensed venue
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, occupational health and safety, and other legislative requirements
Financial acumen and commercial awareness to drive profitability and operational efficiency
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Current Approved Manager licence or ability to obtain one
