About the role

Itahlia restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our vibrant team in Sunbury, VIC. As a full-time Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for crafting authentic and delicious pizzas that delight our customers. What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking pizzas to our high standards of quality and consistency
Ensuring the timely delivery of pizzas to customers
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation throughout your shift
Collaborating with the broader kitchen team to support the overall operation
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our pizza menu and recipes

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry
Exceptional pizza-making skills, including the ability to create a wide variety of pizza styles




Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent dishes
Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
A passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to contribute to the success of our restaurant
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts would be highly regarded
