The role & responsibilities:
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Passion for customer service and a solid understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus
A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
