Amida Recruitment is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead site activities on a $150m+ medium-rise residential project, plus additional works. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and proven supervisory experience on residential or mixed-use builds in the Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast markets, with local knowledge preferred.
You will coordinate trades, manage daily programming, enforce WHS and drive quality on site while reporting progress to the Site Manager.
