About the role

In this role, you will provide strategic and practical tax advice to clients across a range of industries and jurisdictions, playing a key part in delivering high-quality legal solutions. You will work closely with clients, senior legal specialists, and cross-functional teams to address complex tax matters and ensure compliance with evolving tax legislation.

This is a boutique team focused in Corporate, Commercial and Tax. With a genuine team focus, evidence by a team based budget over traditional individual billings, this is a place that prioritises the delivery of quality client service.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive tax advice to private clients across:
CGT
Tax restructures and rollovers
Small business concessions
State based tax work

About your experience
A degree in law with admission to legal practice




As this is an exciting growth role, this firm is looking to meet with Tax Lawyers at any level - whether you have pre admission experience in private client tax law or post admission experience in Tax Law, your application is welcomed
Recent experience in Australian tax law
Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive tax advice
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with complex tax issues
The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing effectively to a cooperative team setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients
Proficiency with legal research tools and software systems
