About the Role

Audit & Assurance has a significant number of strategic initiatives, capability‑building activities and operational priorities being delivered nationally across 6 different markets. As the volume and complexity of these initiatives continues to grow, creating visibility, alignment,



accountability and execution discipline is critical to achieving Audit’s strategic objectives, aligning to the firm’s overall strategy.

The National Projects & Operations Senior Manager plays a central role in supporting the National Managing Partner and Service Line Leadership Team by providing project leadership, operational coordination and business improvement support across Audit & Assurance.

Acting as an extension of the leadership team, this role is responsible for translating strategy into action, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, stakeholders are aligned, milestones are achieved and intended outcomes are delivered. The role provides visibility across national activities, drives accountability and supports leaders to focus on growing and leading the business rather than managing projects.
