Meadan Homes is a residential building company dedicated to delivering quality homes and a outstanding experience for our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our finances running smoothly.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to work with us on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week, days adaptable for the right candidate). You'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the business, working closely with our team to ensure our books, compliance obligations, and reporting are accurate and up to date.

Experience Required
Processing payroll
Reconciling accounts
Preparing and lodging Taxable Payments Annual Reports (TPAR)
Superannuation lodgments
GST preparation and BAS lodgment

What We're Looking For
Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally within the building or construction industry
Robust working knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Excellent communication skills
