Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage fleet, logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation where required.

About You
Proven leadership experience in the concrete, construction materials, transport, or a related industry.
Robust understanding of operational compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
Commercially minded with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Experience in concrete operations or transport management is highly regarded.
