We are a long-established, solo private dental practice in North Parramatta, specialising in dental implants and high-quality restorative dentistry. Known for our smooth-running, high-end clinical environment, we are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

About the Role

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a stable, well-organised practice where systems run efficiently and patient care is the top priority. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and managing front desk operations with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, including complex implant treatment plans
Managing phone calls and email correspondence with transparent, professional communication
Processing payments, health fund claims, and Medicare/DVA items
Maintaining accurate patient records and practice management software




Overseeing infection control management in line with practice protocols and standards
Assisting chairside with dental procedures as needed
Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and via email
Experience in dental assisting
Knowledge of infection control procedures and compliance
Robust work ethic and reliability
A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Well organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
A polished, skilled presentation suited to a high-end private practice
