All leads provided – No BD required - Great location – James St Precinct - Immediate start The Prospect We’re seeking an experienced residential loan writer to work directly with Green Finance Group Founder & Director, Daniel Green. As part of a team of loan writers (resi and commercial specialists), you’ll share responsibility for managing the end-to-end processing of $80M+ per annum in current home and investment lending, while supporting the retention of an established residential loan book. What You’ll Do:
Support head broker across multiple active client files - Manage home loan applications from assessment through to settlement - Prepare compliant home loan applications across a broad lender panel - Confidently navigate self-employed, company and trust lending scenarios - Liaise with clients, lenders, agents,



conveyancers & offshore processing staff - Negotiate with banks and lender BDMs - Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies You Thrive on Providing Solutions for:
Complex self-employed and business client scenarios - Trust and corporate lending structures - Multi-property investment portfolios - High-net-worth and qualified clients What you Bring:
2+ years’ residential lending experience (bank or brokerage) - Strong credit, policy, and compliance knowledge - Confident managing a high-volume, often complex, pipeline - Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused - Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (required) - Diploma of Mortgage Broking & Finance (preferred) Why Green Finance Group:
