Step into a leadership role that puts you at the centre of a fast-paced hospital imaging service. We're looking for a confident, people-focused Site Manager to run daily operations across our Randwick campus, including Neura-MRI and specialist hospital rooms.

What You'll Do
Drive smooth daily operations and patient flow
Lead and support a clerical team of up to 15
Manage rosters, schedules, and front-of-house performance
Oversee financial tasks including daily banking
Build solid relationships with internal and external hospital stakeholders

What You Bring
Proven leadership and people-management skills
Clear, confident communication




Strong organisational ability and system-savvy workflow management
Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus
VISAGE experience is desirable
