Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced, operationally focused business based on Brisbane’s Northside.

This role will suit someone who enjoys high-volume recruitment, building strong relationships and working closely with hiring managers and clients. Experience recruiting within freight, transport or logistics would be highly regarded, although applicants from other blue-collar or volume recruitment environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of operational and blue-collar positions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment campaigns
Writing and posting job advertisements
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding
Building solid relationships with hiring managers and clients
Attending face-to-face client and stakeholder meetings
Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records within JobAdder




Travelling to client sites and other locations as required
Supporting workforce planning and broader recruitment initiatives

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in high-volume or blue-collar recruitment
Freight, transport or logistics recruitment experience is highly desirable
Strong experience using JobAdder
Confidence working in a client-facing environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach
The flexibility and willingness to travel when required

This role is based in the office five days per week and will involve regular interaction with clients and operational stakeholders.
